Memory Lane Christmas Trees
The Memory Lane Christmas Tree Farm opened for its first season in 1999. We invite you to come visit us and pick out a fresh, real Christmas tree at our farm. A real live Christmas tree has been a part of the Christmas celebration in America for over 200 years. We don't feel like it's really Christmas without a real Christmas tree. A big part of what makes the real tree special is going as a family to find that perfect tree.

Memory Lane Christmas Tree Farm will be open the Friday, Saturday and Sunday after Thanksgiving and every weekend until Christmas. The hours on Friday and Saturdays will be 10 a.m. until dark and Sundays from Noon until dark.

The trees we are raising are Scotch pines. Most of them should be between 5 and 7 feet tall. We will bring in some taller trees and some other varieties from other growers.

This is a tree!

When you visit the Memory Lane Tree Farm, we will give you a ride to the trees in our hay wagon. After you have picked your tree, we will cut it for you and bring you and the tree back to the store. There we will shake the loose needles from the tree and then wrap it in netting so it will be easier to transport. Then we'll help you load it.

While we're preparing your tree, we hope you will browse our gift shop. We expect to stock it with decorations and collectibles that are symbols of Christmas. We are planning to carry items in these areas: wreaths and greenery, angels, nativity scenes, Santas, and candles.

We expect to host field trips to the tree farm like we do to the pumpkin patch. If you have a group that might be interested, call us at 785-878-3793 or contact us by mail at Pleasant Ridge, 4567 Marshall Road, Rantoul, Kansas 66079 or e-mail us at jharry@pleasantridge.com.
